Because we are experiencing a large volume of orders, and working with brand new technology you may run into some web issues. We are working to correct those problems.

Before calling, please check to see if any of the following suggestions will help.

• Are you signed into your member account? If so and are still experiencing problems, make sure all info is correct, and that you do not have a duplicate account. If you are a Suscom/Comcast email user, has your email address changed?

• If you are a new member experiencing problems, sign in using your email address and Strandweb as password. If this gets you in, you can then modify your account and change your password. You will know you are in when it says Welcome and your name in left hand corner.

• Are you a member at Producer Level ($1,000+) or above? If so, your tickets may already be held for you, please call 846-1155X142.
