General logging in tips:
Are you signed into your member account? If so and are still experiencing problems, make sure all info is correct, and that you do not have a duplicate account. If you are a Suscom/Comcast email user, has your email address changed?
If you are a new member experiencing problems, sign in using your email address and Strandweb as password. If this gets you in, you can then modify your account and change your password. You will know you are in when it says Welcome and your name in left hand corner.
Are you a member at Producer Level ($1,000+) or above? If so, your tickets may already be held for you, please call 846-1155X142.
Ordering questions:
Q: Where are the ticket prices on the Web site? A: After we go on sale to the general public, you'll see two buttons (Select Your Seats and Best Available) under apurple"Reserve Your Seats" heading, at the bottom of each individual performance description page. Click either of those buttons and you'll see ticket prices.Strand-Capitol members must log-in first, during the member only on sale period, for those two buttons toappear.
Q: How come there's no order form in the season brochure?
A: Due to changes in technology, we are now able to offer the convenience of "Select Your Own Seat" online ticket ordering which allows patrons to choose their exact seating locations. The paper order form did not allow for exact seat selection and, therefore, patrons received "Best available" selections for their seating. Telephone ordering through the Ticket Center (717-846-1111) still remains an option for ticket purchases.
Q: Can I order gift certificates online?
A: Yes, if you go here http://www.strandcapitol.org/giftcertificates/ , you may order any amount you like, include whatever greeting you like and even have it sent directly to the recipient…all online! And, your recipient may redeem it online, too!
